The food was tasty and the décor has a vintage charm to it.
The hotel is definitely past its prime, with outdated furnishings and questionable cleanliness. Not a great value for the price.

the location was great, away from the busy urban center, and it was easy to get to from the public transportation station. the staff was friendly and eager to help us even though they were not fluent in English, we managed to communicate with Google Translate. Breakfast was included in our room rate, and it had quite a good variety of options. the room was spacious and clean.
The bathroom wasn't in the best condition, with some broken tiles and a slippery floor.
